In this video, I discuss one of the four pillars of gratitude which is courage.
We need the courage to change, to begin to do something different, as well as, reach out for the support to keep doing this new behavior. Having the courage to change the things we can change—invites us to take risks and courageously try to change even when the idea of change may cause us as feeling of unrest—which is not a feeling of serenity. As you watch the video, ask yourself: What obstacles have you faced in your life which you overcame by being courageous? Can you express gratitude for these moments of courage?

It is the integration of physical and psychological gallantry. There is a strong relationship between courage and passion. Passion makes a person crazy, and courage is what makes him able to follow his passion. A person needs to be courageous in order to endure the sharp tortures of self-discovery and to preserve in the face of adversity. Thanks- Scannell, for the enlightenment. Have a nice time :)
